E+Vault Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from E+Vault through our online store. By accessing our website or purchasing from E+Vault, you agree to these terms.
About E+Vault
E+Vault is an Australian trading card game and collectables retailer based in Perth, Western Australia. We sell products including trading cards, sealed TCG products, collectables and accessories.
Products & Availability
We aim to ensure product descriptions, photographs, pricing and availability are accurate. Colours, packaging and product appearance may vary slightly from images due to manufacturer changes, lighting, photography or screen settings.
All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock until your order has been successfully completed.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.
Trading Cards & Collectables
The condition of individual trading cards and collectables can be subjective. Where an item is sold as a specific condition, we will make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph it.
Unless expressly stated, E+Vault does not guarantee that an ungraded trading card will achieve any particular grade from PSA, CGC, BGS or another grading company.
Sealed TCG Products
Factory-sealed products may have minor variations in wrapping, packaging, print alignment or other manufacturer characteristics. These do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.
Pre-orders
Products identified as pre-orders are subject to supplier and manufacturer release schedules. Release dates and expected delivery dates may change for reasons outside E+Vault's control.
If a pre-order is significantly affected by a supplier cancellation, allocation issue or other material change, we will contact affected customers regarding the available options.
Orders
E+Vault reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been a genuine pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, stock discrepancy or inability to supply the product.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Shipping
Shipping, delivery timeframes and related conditions are covered by our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property
E+Vault branding, original graphics, photographs and website content owned by E+Vault may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Third-party product names, trademarks and brands appearing on genuine products remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our store does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of E+Vault.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to These Terms
E+Vault may update these terms from time to time. The terms displayed on our website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
